For the first design of the fan man, Ueli Berger laid himself on the floor as a model for the outlines. The fan man still available today as a man-sized shelf and as a valet stand with 34 compartments for books and objects. The fan man was selected for the first Röthlisberger collection in 1977 and is still produced on request today, exactly 40 years later.
